Tidewater Yoga is a corporate yoga business that provides yoga classes to organizations at their location. If your company, business or organization would like a yoga class during your lunch hour or before/after work, we will be happy to accommodate you.

Alicia combines more than twenty years of successful corporate experience, with the U.S. Army, with over fifteen years of training and teaching in physical fitness and yoga. An international presenter, her workshops, seminars, and classes are in demand. Alicia holds a BA degree from Western Illinois University, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (R.Y.T.) with The Yoga Alliance, is certified with the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer, the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Leader, and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as a Group Exercise Instructor. Alicia is also a registered member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Alicia’s valuable experience as a Personnel Manager, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Yoga Teacher enable her to work successfully in group settings and one on one with individuals to identify effective ways to actively reduce mental and physical tension.
Through personal practice and commitment to the teachings, she is familiar with proven and practical techniques. Alicia is an enthusiastic and inspired teacher who is passionate about bringing the art and science of yoga into your organization.
